Terms of service

These terms govern use of Product Content Optimizer, provided by AD Lab Development. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and Shopify's applicable platform terms.

Service

The app analyzes product content and can prepare proposed changes. You are responsible for reviewing product copy for accuracy, legal compliance, and suitability. The app applies only fields that an authorized merchant user approves.

Billing

Paid plans, trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are administered through Shopify App Pricing. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice and are subject to the plan terms shown by Shopify when you approve them.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to bypass access controls or plan limits, interfere with the service, or submit content you do not have the right to process.

Availability and changes

We may improve or modify the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we will maintain the app in accordance with applicable Shopify App Store requirements.

Disclaimer and liability

Suggestions are provided for review and are not legal, regulatory, SEO, or conversion guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding three months.

Termination

You may stop using the service by uninstalling it. We may suspend misuse or terminate the service where required by law or Shopify policy. Shop-scoped data is deleted according to our privacy policy.
