Data we process

We process product titles, descriptions, SEO fields, tags, product type, vendor, and image metadata to score product content and prepare improvements requested by a merchant. We do not request customer or order scopes and do not collect customer personal data.

Data we store

We store Shopify authentication sessions, merchant settings, monthly usage counters, webhook receipt identifiers, and derived product analyses. Derived analyses are retained for up to 90 days.

Content improvements

Rewrite suggestions are generated from deterministic quality rules inside the app. Product text is not sent to external inference services.

Deletion and privacy requests

Shop-scoped data is deleted when the app is uninstalled and when Shopify sends a shop-redaction request. We verify Shopify webhook signatures and respond to all mandatory privacy topics. Customer-specific requests contain no app-held customer records.

Security

We use Shopify authentication, least-privilege product scopes, HTTPS, HMAC-verified webhooks, and merchant approval before product mutations.
